got in a long run saturday - up k2 and over to hwy 9. temp was about -7, but still warm enough for shorts!!

so ghetto . . .

ran into barb and richard on the way back down.

and today, leaving for kelowna - lots of time! not being picked up until 1:45. should be able to fit in at least one more crossfit class with father jimmy . . .
