sweet day yesterday. started out around 11 in palgrave with christine. my brain wasn't really psyched for doing 4+ hours, but i was hoping that would change once i got moving - and it eventually did. i hadn't run with christine in a long time, so we did a lot of yapping - well she did - but that was okay - good for distraction!
