one of them let me drive THIS the other day . . .

and have i mentioned i'm a little uptight about heading south of 7 tomorrow to run a 50 miler on saturday!!??!?

    One thing I have learned with Derrick as a coach is that I am always more prepared then I think I am...if that is any comfort.
