well it started wednesday morning and ended up looking like this on my thursday run up to k2 and back . . .
put in a solid week of training so far. did some tempo/hill repeat/tempo stuff on wednesday in the blizzard and came back with frozen eye lashes. felt okay though.
lots of upper body work at crossfit end of week - probably a good thing considering the running i had to do. check out this kool shot from friday night club - looking good guys!

did a super easy hour on the humber saturday morning. and okay, i know it's pretty - but ENOUGH WITH THE SNOW ALREADY!! i got a 50 miler in may to train for !
hoping for strong legs tomorrow - coach spaff has me doing 4 thirty. think i'll head north and see if that dead turkey vulture's still on the trail . . .
