friday night club was a riot this week ! led by the adorable adam we did partner deadlifts . . .
so the idea was to do reps starting at 1, climbing to 10, and then back down to 1. simple enough. however, you couldn't drop the bar. so while justin (my partner) was doing his reps, i had to hold the bar up, and likewise the opposite. we got to 10, but on the way back down at 7 finally had to lower the weight. not bad except then we had to do either 25 wallballs or burpees - just GUESS what i opted for !!! what a great WOD - not really difficult, but a lot of fun !

did an easy - ICY - hour on the humber saturday! thank gawd i was wearing the 'cascrews'. still had to grab the trees on a few of the downhills though!

tomorrow's plan is for 3+ hours. think i'll head northish and hope the conditions are less slippery !
