i don't know what to title this one ...

I finally managed to get a pic of my amazing (and patient) boxing coach darryl!  Isn't he adorable!?  We have a great time  training and have become pretty good buddies - dealing with our mutual friends and the drama in their lives!!

friday afternoon club pic!  poor little poopy-pants is growing some new fangs so she's been pretty miserable the past couple of weeks.   she did manage to stop squawking for the brief moment we took the picture though!

saturday i JUST beat the rain - did a sweet 2 hour run through the single track in albion.

then sunday after mass with father jimmy, i did an easy 45 on the humber valley trail.
