LAST week's friday night club - i'm a little behind ...
saturday i went for a 90 min run up behind the tai chi center. i met up with richard who was just about ready to turn around - he's training with coach D for the 100k ccc (courmayeur champex chamonix) in france.

friday night club was small this week - probably cuz the mighty one had us doing like a thousand thrusters!
sooo proud of my buddy fig! he was in port huron, michegan on saturday for the AFC Cage wars. he won 1 minute into the first round with KO from mount over Delbert Ethington. former Warrior MMA lightweight champion. holy krap! sweet pic of him and awesome boxing coach darryl jinx.
and finally, want some inspiration - take a look at this blog i am following. it's my cousin's daughter courtney and her battle with cancer - for the 4th time.
