so i've spent the last couple of weeks just recovering from laurel. seemed to take longer this time - not sure why. still on a high though, so it's all good. did some running, a bit of biking on the rail trail, and of course, my crossfit.

and my beautiful little redheaded nephew - the benster - turned 6 last weekend!

even better news - he and my favorite sister are heading east for a few weeks early july! wahoo!!
